1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Phispira ("the Service"), operated by Phispira AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Phispira AI is an AI convergence engine that orchestrates multiple large language models (including Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Llama, and Mistral) through an adversarial pipeline to produce synthesized, reliable AI outputs. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; (c) generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content; (d) exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means; (e) resell access without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
The Phispira platform, including its adversarial convergence engine, UI, and branding, is the intellectual property of Phispira AI. Outputs generated by the Service using your inputs belong to you, subject to the underlying AI models' terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for critical decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phispira AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
